Our Casuarina practice and retail shoe store opened in February 2009. Our expert Dieticians are Brittney Fawcett and Alyce Rees. Darwin is serviced by our dedicated Podiatrists- Luke Hewitt, Cable Mills, Renee Smith and Bevan Charlton-White. Both continue to do an excellent job servicing the NT population. Both our Casuarina and Palmerston locations are serviced by two expert Dieticians who took over from Clare following the headquarters move to Brisbane. Luke Hewitt is our on-site manager and has been instrumental in growing the Casuarina location and developing our Palmerston practice into a full time successful location. The practice is predominantly biomechanical and footwear sales are large. 2013 is Casuarina’s (Darwin’s) 5th year and it has grown into the company’s biggest location employing 3 fulltime Podiatrists, 2 full-time Dieticians and several support staff. The Casuarina location served as a company head office employing a few key staff members up until December 2011. The NT instalment was busy from day one with Luke Hewitt (Podiatrist) joining the team only 6 months after opening. The business model was a duplicate of Mackay notwithstanding a fresh modern concept fitout which set the tone for all future location fitouts. (more).
