Firstly our thanks go to Benjamin who showed immeasurable tolerance and good humor throughout the separate assessment and again on moving day, nothing was too much trouble to him. Also thanks to co packer Mark for his difficult labor and perseverance as well. They also showed patience, care and kind on for all our household goods. Last, but not least, our thanks to Jamie and Mark at the office last of things. Jamie was very accommodating when we requested the move to propel forward by a day and was more than happy to place our container for a week whilst we searched for accommodation. All in all we cannot rate Frontline Removals highly enough, all our goods were in tip top condition upon arrival not a scratch, dent or mark on a single item and, trust me, we have a lot of household items. John, Steve, Darren and Ben were impartial fantastic, they went overhead and beyond to make what was a important and quite significant move a stress free and highly professional yet cordial experience. When they picked up they were very organized, looked behind all our furniture and belongings and even managed to get a few of my favorite plants there in one piece. The main gain of having your household contents stored in a container is that your items are handled minimally. The first time is when items are stuffed into the container, and the second time to deliver your items to their location once you are ready to have them delivered. All items are full into the container with huge care and thought given to the amount of time your items will have to be stored. This decreases the chance of any ruin to your items, in a neat and dust free environment. This also means that your property is more secure, and cannot be mixed with another customers' property, which gives you peace of mind. They are proud of the slick of customer service, and as a result of the attention to individual customer needs, much of the labor is via recommendations. Our trucks come fully equipped with removal pads (blankets), plastic covers, and brollies so that we can ensure that every end portion of furniture is correctly wrapped and securely packed and loaded into our removals truck making sure no ruin is inflicted during transit. We have variety of packing materials available from our Port Macquarie depot to maintain and save your goods whilst in transit and storage.
