Le Corfu warrants to rectify, fix or replace any furniture defects in materials or workmanship of the frame. Ruin incurred during handling and transportation of the product by the customer or their contractor. Our obligations only extend to those item(s) which have been cared for according to the concern instructions and which have been old only in a manner for their intended purpose. The Le Corfu warranty is in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty is nontransferable and only applies to those named on the receipt. Returns for any other reason cannot be made without earlier notice and approval of a place representative and must be accompanied with receipt or proof of purchase. All costs incurred for this type of return are at customer’s expense. A place credit to be used against tomorrow purchases will be provided for returns. Customers must have the item professionally cleaned if soiled or unsuited for handling earlier returning to store. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of warranted quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This card is only redeemable for merchandise and cannot be partially redeemed or re credited. Where the cost of the purchase exceeds available card balance, the card holder must make up the difference with an alternate payment method. The product and its packaging are in its original condition, including any manuals, care labels, accessories a the product has not been modified in any way. The customer covers and freight, handling and delivery charges, including Pick up and return of the item to Le Corfu. Freight, handling and delivery charges can vary from product to product, suburb to suburb therefore prices are quoted on application. Our obligations only extend to those item(s) which have been cared for according to the care instructions and which have been worn only for their calculated purpose. The warranty is nontransferable and only applies to those names on the receipt. Any transport costs are the customer's responsibility.
